I get asked a lot about my favorite beauty products so I thought I’d tell you about my current favorites in my morning routine.
1. Dry shampoo : how much dry shampoo is too much dry shampoo? I’m a believer in not washing your hair every day, so dry shampoo is one of my best friends. Living Proof is my absolute favorite one out there, and trust me I’ve tried A LOT.
2. Primer : Right now I’m loving the Honest Beauty primer because the texture is just enough for a beautiful matte application, but not too heavy where it feels like it’s clogging my pores. I had their previous primer and I have been pleasantly surprised with their new one.
3. Cream Foundation : I love a good foundation in a compact for the days that I don’t want full coverage and I have 10 minutes to get ready before I start mom duty! This one from Honest Beauty is perfect and gives just the right amount of coverage I need for daily wear and is also buildable if I need it. I have the color “Sand”.
4. Cream Bronzer : Especially for summer months, I love a good cream bronzer. For winter months I will layer the cream bronzer with a powder bronzer over it for lasting color throughout the day. Chanel makes amazing products in general, and I’m a huge fan of their cream bronzer.
5. Eyeshadow : Last, but certainly not least, I’m loving the Honest Beauty eyeshadow palette! It’s extremely versatile and you can do basically any look for any time of day. I actually used this palette for my “Last Minute Halloween Makeup Idea” post and you can find that HERE.
