19-20 Week Pregnancy Update

Week and size :

We are 20 weeks along and the baby is the size of an Sweet Potato (6.5 in long, 10 oz)!

Cravings or Aversions:

I’m actually starting to have food aversions. Nothing specific really, but sometimes I don’t feel like eating anything. I definitely gotta lay off of the sugar.

Weight Gain :

My doctor said I gained too much weight in between my visits so now I’m freaking out. Haha! He said that I’m at normal range overall, but that in 4 weeks I gained too much. I mean…. what.

Gender :

How I’m feeling :

I’m feeling pretty good! I’m so thankful that we were able to get away a few weeks ago and just be together as a family. We’re looking forward to another vacation before the baby comes!

How I’m sleeping :

Ugh. Not well this week actually. My allergies have been crazy and I’ve been waking up at 4am more congested than usual and then it’s hard for me to get back to sleep. And then the girls are waking up early AF right now. What is happening in my life?!? LOL

Excercise :

Treadmill for 45-60 minutes after the girls go to bed 4-5 times a week. I feel like I need to do more.

Best Moment of the Week :

Being present with my girls.

Maternity Favorites :

I’m loving my favorite wedge pillow for sleeping. I’ve used one with all of our pregnancies and it makes sleeping much more comfortable.
