Gluten-Free in Paris (Honorary Mentions)
Little Nonna has gluten-free pizza and Italian dishes that look amazing.
Chamballand has great pastries and breads (my favorite is the cinnamon sugar bread), they have a great lunch menu and I read that they’re starting brunch soon, which I’m sure will be equally as delicious.
Apéti is a vegan, organic and gluten-free fast-casual restaurant.
Wild & The Moon is a vegan and gluten-free restaurant with delicious smoothies and juices.
Maison Plume is a gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free pastry shop with a Tarte Citron Meringuée that I’m craving right now.
Aji Dulce is a Venezuelan Food Truck that I’ve never been to but their menu items look fantastic!
Ladurée is one of my all-time favorite places and I always stop in when I see one (even at the airport and I collect their boxes!). While they don’t have a dedicated gluten-free menu, they can accommodate pretty much anything and of course, the macarons are made of almond flour and some of them can be dairy-free as well.
With its rich culinary heritage, Paris has embraced the gluten-free movement. From charming patisseries to elegant fine dining establishments, the city offers many options for travelers with dietary restrictions. Navigating the gluten-free scene in Paris is not just about savoring exceptional flavors; it’s a journey into the intersection of fashion, taste, and a mindful approach to dining. I recommend downloading the Happy Cow app and filtering Gluten-Free options and I just recently discovered another app called Find Me Gluten Free that is a helpful tool as well.
