Gluten-free heaven in the heart of Rome! 🍞🥐 Thanks to the AIC list, we found the most incredible bakery serving up flaky, buttery (and totally safe!) gluten-free croissants. Walking through the cobblestone streets to get there felt like its own little adventure, but the first bite? Pure magic.

As a celiac, traveling can feel overwhelming at times, but resources like AIC make all the difference. Knowing I can indulge without worry means the world — and sharing these special moments with my girls makes it even sweeter.

If you’re gluten-free and heading to Rome, I can’t recommend diving into AIC’s recommendations enough. Because yes, you can enjoy Italian pastries, even gluten-free. ❤️
